Langsat-OSC Vendor Audit was held on 2 September 2020 at 09:00am until 05:00pm. Audits that conducted at Prozas Pasir Gudang Branch and LOSC Meeting Room involve 3 auditors from LOSC and 4 auditees that represent Prozas Security (M) Sdn. Bhd.
The purpose of the audit is to assess the quality management and quality control measures taken by Prozas Security throughout the service for LOSC. The audit was conducted for 3 sessions which are:
The first session was Prozas Document Review by LOSC Auditors. They are responsible for assessing all items in the audit checklist with the documented evidence provided by Prozas Security. The session took three and half hour before proceed to second session.
The second session, NSG Accommodation Verification & Interview Session. Representatives from both LOSC and Prozas visited to NSG hostel at Kampung Tanjung Langsat. The visit to verify the information provided by Prozas Security during the first session by interview the NSG to get further details and feedback.
LOSC focuses more on safety and health area including did some inspection on the safety of the hostel, first-aid kit and electrical appliances that have been provided.
Langsat-OSC Vendor Audit Closing Meeting was a last session that being conducted at LOSC Meeting Room for about an hour. The session is to summarize the whole audit and highlight some issues that need to be maintained and improved.
The Langsat-OSC Vendor Audit 2020 was held in accordance with all Standard of Procedures (SOPs) that has been set by Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN).
