On 3 November 2025, Prozas’ representatives attended an Ethics and Integrity in Workplace talk organized by the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC).
The session began with opening remarks by Tuan Haji Ismail Bin Mohd Amin, Member of the Board of Directors, MGTC, followed by an engaging and insightful talk delivered by Mr. Ruben Raj Samuel, Consultant at Institut Integriti Malaysia (IIM).
With the theme “Integriti Teras Kejayaan Negara” (Integrity: The Core of National Success), the programme highlighted the crucial role of integrity and ethics in achieving organizational excellence and sustaining public trust.
Key discussion points included:
- Misuse of petty cash and organizational resources
- Gift policy and conflict of interest management
- Soliciting contracts or benefits for family members
- Abuse of office facilities and privileges
- Using official position for personal gain
- Expressing dissatisfaction or leaking internal information on social media
- Seeking political influence in work-related matters
The session served as a timely reminder that integrity is not merely a principle but a pillar of responsible governance and professional conduct.
